Bari is the capital city of Puglia, a busy port town with a rich history and vibrant culture.

In Bari Vecchia, you can explore the Basilica di San Nicola, Castello Svevo, and the Cathedral of San Sabino, while the seafront Lungomare provides beautiful views for a leisurely stroll.
Popular pastimes include wandering around Piazza del Ferrarese and Piazza Mercantile, relaxing at nearby beaches such as Pane e Pomodoro Beach, and shopping along Via Sparano. I also recommend going to Pasta Alley to see the women making fresh pasta in the streets!
